Interest free private loan agreement

Concluded on [date] in [place] between:

1 Loan amount

The Lender agrees to provide the Borrower with [amount in figures and words] PLN, and the Borrower agrees to repay it on the terms set out below.

2 Transfer of funds

The funds will be transferred by [date] to the Borrower's account [account number]. The transfer confirmation constitutes evidence that the loan was provided.

3 Repayment

The Borrower will repay the loan amount by [date] by transfer to the Lender's account [account number]. Early repayment is permitted without additional charges.

4 Costs

The loan is free of charge. The Lender is not entitled to interest for providing the funds, a commission or any other fee for granting the loan. Any consequences of late repayment are governed by the applicable law.

5 Amendments and copies

The parties will record any agreed amendments in documentary form. This agreement has been prepared in two identical copies, one for each party.
