Terms and conditions of use of the website
The owner of the zeropozyczki.pl website is ULTRASOFT GROUP with its registered office at Zbożowa 42b, 40-657 Katowice. You can contact the administrator at the following e-mail address: kontakt@zeropozyczki.pl.
On the website, we compare offers from companies providing loans online, including short-term payday loans and non-bank installment loans. We present information about lenders, the parameters of their products and new offers. We update the data based on available materials from lending companies. The website does not provide loans - it helps you get acquainted with offers and compare their conditions. The lender decides on the granting of financing and the final terms of the contract after assessing the customer's creditworthiness.
Legal regulations
Loans are granted on the basis of applicable regulations, in particular the Civil Code of April 23, 1964. The Act of May 12, 2011 on consumer credit also applies to contracts that meet statutory conditions. The regulations specify, among others: lender's information obligations, rules for assessing creditworthiness and limitations on financing costs. Information about financial market supervision and entity registers can be found on the website Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Costs of online loans
For each offer, we present available information about the interest rate, commissions, APRC, total cost of the loan and the repayment amount. Before concluding a contract, compare these values as well as the repayment date and method. The binding terms and conditions are found in the documents provided by the lender, including the information form and the contract.
Promotions with 0% APR are often intended for new customers and may require additional conditions, e.g. timely repayment. If the offer does not include interest or other costs, you pay back as much as you borrow. However, the 0% interest rate does not mean that the loan is free - also check the commission and other fees.
Possibility to extend the payday loan repayment deadline
The loan must be repaid within the period specified in the contract. Not every company allows its extension, rescheduling or refinancing of the obligation. If you anticipate difficulties with repayment, contact your lender as early as possible and ask about available solutions.
The conditions for changing the repayment date depend on the specific offer. Before making a decision, check whether the solution involves additional costs, what the total amount to be paid will be and when the new repayment deadline will expire. Refinancing may mean entering into a separate agreement. Details can be found in the lender's documents and in your customer account.
Consequences of failure to repay on time
Late repayment may lead to the following consequences, depending on the contract and applicable regulations:
- Calculation of interest for delay, taking into account statutory limits. The maximum interest for delay is twice the sum of the NBP reference rate and 5.5 percentage points per annum.
- Contact regarding arrears: by telephone, e-mail or letter. Any fees must have a legal and contractual basis and be within applicable limits.
- Undertaking debt collection activities or transferring the receivable to another entity. The mere transfer of a case to a debt collection agency does not automatically mean the obligation to cover all costs of its handling.
- Providing information about the obligation to BIK or the appropriate economic information office, in accordance with the principles specified in the regulations. Arrears may make it difficult to obtain financing in the future.
- Referring the case to court and, after obtaining the appropriate enforcement title, to bailiff enforcement. This may involve additional costs of the proceedings.
Identity and creditworthiness verification
Before granting a loan, the company confirms the identity of the applicant. Depending on the procedure used, it may use a verification transfer from the customer's account, a bank verification service or another identification method. The amount of any transfer and the rules for its return depend on the lender. During verification, the company may also contact the customer by phone.
Confirming your identity is a separate step from assessing your creditworthiness. Before concluding a consumer credit agreement, the lender is obliged to assess the possibility of repayment. For this purpose, it analyzes information about the client's financial situation, as well as data from appropriate databases, e.g. BIK, KRD, BIG InfoMonitor or ERIF. The scope of information checked depends on the regulations and procedures of a given institution.
