Website regulations
The regulations specify the rules for free use of the ZeroPożyczki.pl information website, contact form and comments.
1. Service provider and contact
The service provider is ULTRASOFT GROUP, address: Zbożowa 42b, 40-657 Katowice, Poland, NIP: PL2220897401. E-mail address for contact, complaints and notifications: kontakt@zeropozyczki.pl. You can also use contact form.
The regulations are made available free of charge before using the services. You can save or print it using your browser. It applies to services provided by this website, and not to contracts concluded with a bank, lender or partner.
2. Scope of services
- Access to descriptions and summaries of offers, articles, advice, news and a glossary of terms.
- Filtering offers and going to external websites of their suppliers.
- Sending an inquiry via the contact form.
- Adding comments and opinions to content for which the function is available.
- Newsletter, if a subscription has been made available - only after voluntary registration and address confirmation.
These features are free to use; you pay the usual costs of connecting to the Internet according to the agreement with your provider. The website does not charge a fee for processing a loan application or for granting financing.
3. Technical conditions and use
You need a device with Internet access and a current browser. JavaScript enables filters and privacy settings. Forms require necessary session cookies, and correspondence requires a working e-mail address. Maps and videos may require separate consent to connect to a third-party provider.
The content sharing service begins when you open the page and ends when you stop browsing. You start handling a contact by submitting the form, and you start the comment publishing function by submitting it. There is no need to register an account. You can terminate the newsletter by unsubscribing in a message or contacting the service provider.
You must not disrupt the operation of the website, bypass security measures, send spam, impersonate other people or send illegal content. Use up-to-date software and do not share sensitive information in public comments.
4. Nature of information and links to offers
The website is informative. It does not grant loans or make credit decisions. Descriptions, lists and examples of costs do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract with the service provider, an individual financial recommendation or a guarantee of receiving financing.
The terms are set by the relevant lender, taking into account the creditworthiness assessment and its criteria. Before concluding a contract, check the current information form, APR, total cost, total amount to be paid, schedule and consequences of delays. The "0%" or "free of charge" marking may refer to a specific promotion, customer group and timely repayment conditions.
You submit the application on the website of the designated supplier or partner. Its terms, conditions and privacy policy apply there. The Service Provider takes care in preparing the information, but the offer may change between updates. You can report any error you notice by contacting us. These regulations do not exclude any liability or rights of the user that cannot be limited by contractual provisions.
5. Order of offers, advertising and affiliation
The lists cover selected offers, not the entire market. The order results from editorial selection, availability of offers and list settings; filters narrow the list according to the indicated parameters. A position on the list does not automatically mean the lowest cost for each person.
Some links are of an affiliate nature. A visit to or certain action on the partner's website may result in compensation to the service provider. The mere presence of an offer or its high ranking does not replace checking the conditions yourself. Sponsored material and paid promotion should be clearly marked.
The ratings presented on the website do not constitute a declaration that each author has concluded an agreement with the rated company. The website does not verify all opinions by checking loan documents. Archival materials describe the state at the time of publication. Interest statements represent activity on the site, not the confirmed number of loans granted; simulations marked as test are not actual measurements.
6. Comments and content rights
When posting an opinion, use your own signature or nickname and post content that complies with the law. Do not post other people's details, document numbers, threats, discriminatory content, advertisements, spam links or allegations presented as facts without substantiation. You can describe your own experiences and express critical opinions while respecting the rights of others.
The author retains the rights to his statement. By submitting a comment, you consent to its free, non-exclusive availability on the website to the extent necessary for the operation of the comment function. It does not transfer copyright for any use outside the website.
The website may limit access to spam, illegal content or content that violates these rules. When assessing reports, it takes into account the context, freedom of expression and rights of the people affected by the content. You can ask for a justification of the decision and its reassessment by contacting us. The negative nature of the opinion itself does not justify its removal.
Texts, studies, graphics and website layout may be subject to legal protection. The use permitted by law, including the right to quote, remains preserved. The rights to company signs and logos belong to authorized entities.
7. Complaints and reporting content
Send a complaint regarding the operation of the website to kontakt@zeropozyczki.pl. Describe the problem, indicate the subpage, date and contact method for response. A screenshot or browser information may help clarify the problem, but is not an absolute requirement for filing a complaint. We respond to a service complaint within 14 days of receiving it, unless mandatory provisions provide for a more favorable rule.
If you report content that you consider illegal, provide its exact address or location, explain the reasons, provide your name and e-mail address and confirm that the report is true to the best of your knowledge and belief. Identification data is not required where the law provides for an exception, in particular for reports of certain sexual offenses against children. We process applications without undue delay and send the results to the address provided.
The service provider's e-mail address is an electronic contact point for users and authorities regarding the content on the website. Contact is possible in Polish. Complaints regarding the loan agreement itself should be directed to its website - the service provider does not resolve the lender's matters.
8. Privacy and security
Policies for data, cookies, Google Analytics and external content are specified privacy and cookies policy. You can change consents to optional tools in the footer. Submitting the contact form does not automatically constitute consent to marketing or sending its content to any lender.
9. Changes and final provisions
The regulations may be changed due to changes in the law, website functions or principles of its operation. We publish the new version on this page with the update date. The changes do not violate acquired rights and do not apply retroactively; in relation to ongoing services, the legally required rules for informing about changes and the possibility of terminating use apply.
Polish law applies, maintaining mandatory consumer protection. The jurisdiction of the court results from the regulations; the regulations do not impose on the consumer only the court of the service provider's seat. For free consumer assistance, you can contact the municipal or district consumer ombudsman. Information about out-of-court dispute resolution options is available at website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
