How to get an online loan?
To get a loan, just go to the lender comparison page, where you will find a comparison of carefully selected best online loans along with descriptions for each of them. After reading the ranking, proceed to completing the application using the appropriate button that will take you to the lender's external website.
The first step in the loan application process is to select the amount we are interested in and the loan repayment date. Each lender provides a simple calculator showing the amount selected, the loan period and the total cost of the loan. Additionally, information about the possibility of extending the loan and related costs is also shown.

The next step is to complete the registration form. Each lender provides its own different registration form according to its requirements. Each lender requires basic information from your ID card, such as name, surname, address, etc. Some lenders additionally require data about your place of work or information about your income.
The last step is to confirm registration and the correctness of personal data by paying the registration fee. This fee is intended to confirm our identity and the account number to which the loan will be transferred. The amount to be transferred ranges from PLN 0.01 to PLN 1. If we do not have an online account, we can go to our bank branch to order such a transfer to be made by an employee. After considering the application, the selected lender will inform you about granting or refusing the loan by sending an e-mail or by phone.
All necessary repayment information is sent to the email address provided during registration. When returning the loan, follow the lender's instructions and transfer the appropriate amount from the account to which the loan was granted. If you do not have access to your account via the Internet, the loan should be repaid by an employee of our bank at the nearest bank branch.
How to get a loan without interest?
Interest-free loans are obtained in exactly the same way as with a regular loan. When choosing a loan, you simply need to pay attention to whether the lender offers a free loan. Information about a free loan is usually very visible on the home page in the form of various graphic banners or messages.
Sample information about a free loan AlfaKredyt
When completing the application, pay attention to whether the loan is free. Lenders offer interest-free loans up to a certain amount, which is different for each loan. One lender offers a free payday loan up to PLN 500, another up to PLN 1,500. Loans above the promotional threshold are already payable.
Why are there loans without interest and commission?
Customers are often afraid of interest-free loans, believing that they will have to incur other additional costs related to the loan, such as a commission for granting the loan or other processing fees. So, do interest-free loans actually exist? Or is the lender misleading customers?
Customers believe that nothing is free and that no one will lend another person any money without having any interest in it. Indeed, the lender does not provide loans for free without profit. In this case, however, the profit is not money, but advertising and a new customer. A customer satisfied with the company's services will probably come back in the future for another, this time paid, loan and will recommend the lender's offer to their friends. Word of mouth marketing is extremely effective in this type of services. Of course, there is also a high probability that the client will not use the company's services in the future; the lender obviously does not gain from this, but importantly - he does not lose either. Advertising and marketing involve large financial outlays; according to estimated costs, acquiring one customer costs approximately PLN 75. In the case of word-of-mouth marketing and acquiring customers interested in the promotional offer, the lender does not incur ANY costs. Therefore, such an offer allows the company to save a large amount of money that would otherwise have to be spent on advertising and marketing.
Promotional offers of no-commission loans are nothing more than advertising whose task is to attract new customers who will be interested in quick loans. Thanks to this, new customers will be able to become familiar with the company's operating system and its offer. When taking advantage of the first offer, he notices the speed of application processing and many other advantages of this form of loan. Please remember that online loans are an ideal solution for people who suddenly find themselves in a difficult situation and need quick financial support at the lowest possible costs. These costs are much lower than the costs of popular "payday loans in the city", so presenting the idea of online loans to a potential client gives a high probability that the client will use cheaper and more competitive ways of obtaining cash in the future.
What documents should be prepared before applying for a loan?
Obtaining a loan through our website is extremely easy. In the vast majority of cases, the only document required by the company is an ID card, telephone number and a bank account in any Polish bank. Sometimes it may turn out that the above information is insufficient and the lender will expect information from us about our place of employment. All information regarding required documents is provided for each lender.
REMEMBER!
The lender never expects the applicant to provide ANY details necessary to log in to the bank account or one-time passwords! Any attempts to obtain such information should be ignored and contact us, as an Internet criminal is probably trying to extort the above-mentioned information from you. By reporting this incident, you can avoid possible problems and we will be able to direct the information to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Also watch out for inquiries about scans of ID cards or other documents. Virtually all lenders do not require such photos. In the case of several lenders who require a photo of an ID or other identity document, make sure that the website you are on belongs only to the lender and the connection is encrypted, which is confirmed by a green padlock next to the website address in the browser and the HTTPS prefix in the website address.
How long does the loan procedure take?
Obtaining a loan online is simple and quick. Completing a loan application takes literally one moment, and its verification by the Lender usually takes only 15 minutes. In some cases, an employee authorized to contact customers may contact you by phone to verify the correctness of the telephone number or to obtain additional information.
Certainly, the longest step in the entire procedure is making a bank transfer from one account to another. Typically, lenders have at least one bank account in each popular Polish bank, which certainly speeds up this stage. If the bank account of the lender and the applicant is in the same bank, then the funds are transferred within a few minutes. Typically, lenders offer to disburse funds within 15 minutes. However, if the accounts are in other banks, this stage takes a maximum of one business day.

The decision regarding the application is sent by e-mail to the applicant. Then you will have the opportunity to read its exact content. Each lender sets its own conditions for granting loans, so if you do not receive a loan from one company, you can successfully submit an application to a competitive company, which you can find in the list of lenders available on our website.
How to repay an online loan?
The loan should be repaid from the same bank account to which the loan was transferred. Of course, you will receive all information regarding the terms and course of loan repayment via e-mail after your loan application has been granted. In the message from the lender you will find information mainly about:
- lender's details
- the lender's bank account number to which the funds are to be transferred
- the amount to be refunded
- customer number

In addition to the above information, lenders also inform by e-mail about the conditions for extending the loan repayment, as well as the consequences of failure to repay the loan within a specified period. Information about the transfer title that must be entered in order to correctly repay the loan to the lender's bank account will also be sent by e-mail. The transfer should be made via an online account or at a bank branch. The decision is up to the applicant. There is no obligation to inform the lender about the transfer. After repaying the loan, the lender will send you an e-mail with information about the loan repayment. After this time, the borrower can apply for another loan. Many companies use a simplified procedure for granting loans to customers who have already used the company's services. Then you don't have to wait long for your personal data to be verified, and the loan decision itself takes even less time.
What to do if you cannot repay the loan on time?
Various random events occur in human life, which may cause problems with repaying financial liabilities. If this occurs, you should contact the company that granted you the loan as soon as possible. We would like to remind you that information on what to do in the event of problems with repayment of the loan you receive by e-mail from the lender, along with other information about the loan. The vast majority of companies offer the service the option of extending the loan repayment, which can be done from the customer panel, and the loan repayment period is extended automatically. The customer only needs to specify the date for extending the loan repayment. Most lenders allow you to extend the loan repayment period by 7, 14 or 30 days. The specified extension amount should then be transferred to the lender's account. This amount depends on the loan amount and repayment date, individual for each borrower. All information is available in the customer panel and in the email received from the lender when the application is positively considered. The process of extending the repayment deadline takes up to several minutes. If the client has a bank account in the same bank as the lender, if he or she has one in another bank, then the process takes a maximum of one business day. Of course, after the procedure is completed, the lender sends the client an e-mail with information about the acceptance of the extension application.

IMPORTANT! There are several lenders on the market who do not offer the option of extending the loan repayment period. Therefore, it is important to check whether the lender has such a service before submitting a loan application. It is always clearly and clearly visible. However, if the lender does not allow you to extend the repayment deadline and such a need arises, you should contact the lender. Most often, through negotiations, the lender allows the loan repayment period to be extended without any problems by way of an agreement.
How many loans can you get at most?
Thanks to our website, you can receive even several online loans at once. Each of the lenders listed is a separate, independently operating company. Please note that each company only grants one loan to a specific customer at a time. You can get another loan from the same lender only after repaying your liabilities. Therefore, to obtain another online loan at the same time, you should use the offer of another lender. This is the only way to get more than one loan. Of course, each company may specify a different loan repayment date. Using lenders' services is fast, simple and intuitive. Most companies operate on similar principles. However, you should meet the loan repayment deadlines and pay attention to whether transfers with the loan refund are made to the correct bank account. If you also have reason to believe that there may be problems with repaying liabilities on time, before submitting the application, you should check whether the lender offers the option of extending the repayment deadline and familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of repayment extension. We strongly advise against using several loans at once or taking out another loan to repay the previous one, as this very often leads to financial problems.
What if I didn't receive the loan?
Most customers receive a loan without any major problems. In some cases, however, it may turn out that the lender will make a negative decision regarding granting the loan. This situation may occur primarily when the client has a very complicated credit history or when there is no information about income. However, even this situation has a way out.
First of all, don't give up. Refusal to grant a loan from one lender does not mean that the client will receive a negative response again from another lender. Therefore, you should apply to your competitors. On our website, we present a large number of lenders that are very popular among customers. Each of these companies is an independent lender, and therefore has different methods of checking customer credibility and different terms of cooperation. Please note that most companies do not require proof of income. For most companies, presence in BIK is not a major problem. Of course, when problems with repayment of liabilities were minor or when we apply for a low amount. Submitting applications for an online loan is based on completing a short application, which looks practically identical for most companies. If you have had no problems completing one application, you certainly will not have any problems completing subsequent loan applications.
What does APR mean and how to use it when comparing loans?
The APR shows the cost of the loan on an annual basis, taking into account the required fees. Compare them for the same amount and similar repayment period. Also check the total amount due and the schedule - a low installment or nominal interest rate alone does not show the full cost.
What is the difference between the loan amount and the total amount payable?
The loan amount is the capital made available. The total amount to be paid includes capital and costs arising from the contract, e.g. interest and commission. Combine both parameters in the information form and check whether additional services are necessary to achieve the presented conditions.
Can I withdraw from the consumer loan agreement?
As a rule, you can withdraw from a consumer loan agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. Send the statement in accordance with the information in the contract. After withdrawal, you return the principal and interest due for the period of use of the money, no later than within 30 days of submitting the declaration. Special situations, e.g. missing required elements of the contract, may affect the running of the deadline.
Does early repayment of the loan allow you to recover some of the costs?
You can repay your consumer loan earlier. Its total cost is subject to an appropriate reduction for the shortened period, also with respect to upfront costs. Ask for a settlement and check the refund of part of the commission and other fees. In the event of full early repayment, the lender has 14 days to settle the loan. In legally defined cases, he may be entitled to a commission for early repayment.
How to check a loan company before sending an application?
Compare the company details in the contract and on the website, check its Tax Identification Number, contact details and the relevant KNF register. Also check out the list of public warnings issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Entry into the register itself does not guarantee a favorable offer or a loan. Read the terms and conditions and don't use the HTTPS padlock as proof of a company's integrity.
Can a reserved PESEL number block the conclusion of a contract?
Institutions obliged to check the register of objections verify the PESEL number before specific credit or loan agreements. A reservation may therefore prevent the conclusion of such a contract. If you consciously apply for financing, you can temporarily withdraw your reservation in mObywatel or the gov.pl service. Don't do it on the instructions of an unknown person and turn the protection back on after the matter is resolved.
Do BIK and BIG registers mean the same thing?
NO. BIK collects information on credit obligations and their repayment, and economic information offices, e.g. BIG InfoMonitor, KRD or ERIF, maintain separate registers of economic information. The scope of databases checked depends on the company and regulations. The slogan "without BIK" does not mean the lack of creditworthiness assessment or financing guarantee.
Can a company offering BIK cleaning delete every history?
There is no service that allows you to arbitrarily remove valid credit information. The possibility of changing or deleting data depends on the legal basis, their correctness and the processing period. Report incorrect data primarily to the institution that provided it. Be wary of promises to remove all negative posts for a fee.
Is an employment contract the only accepted source of income?
Some companies also consider other documented income, e.g. from business, pension or civil law contracts. This does not mean that every type of influence will be accepted. The lender assesses the financial situation and repayment capacity according to its criteria and regulations. Provide truthful information in your application.
Is it worth sending multiple applications at the same time?
Each application may involve a separate assessment and query to the database. The importance of inquiries depends on the type of product and evaluation policy, so do not assume that any number of requests will be unaffected. First, compare the conditions and your own budget. A refusal is a reason to check the situation, not to automatically incur further obligations.
Does a decision on the weekend mean an immediate transfer?
Not always. The availability of decisions, immediate transfers and accounting are different issues. The payment date depends on the company's working hours, verification method, supported payment system and recipient's bank. Check the payout confirmation and the company's terms and conditions; Sending an application alone does not mean that a loan will be granted or disbursed.
What is verification by bank account?
The company may ask for a small transfer from your account or provide identification through an authorized banking service provider. Check the domain and identity of the provider and the scope of data consent. Do not send your login, password or authorization code in an e-mail, comment or conversation with a consultant. Verification is not a guarantee of granting a loan.
What should I do if someone could take out a loan using my details?
Reserve your PESEL number and secure access to e-mail and banking. Contact the institution identified in the suspicious message using its self-verified number and dispute the unknown contract. Keep messages and other evidence and report suspected crime to the police. Don't ignore court correspondence and response deadlines.
What should I check if I am late with one installment?
Check the contract, schedule and actual date of payment. Contact your lender to determine the amount of arrears and available solutions. The delay may result in interest, debt collection activities and - if appropriate conditions are met - transfer of information to databases. Don't assume that a small arrears don't require action.
How is refinancing different from extending the repayment date?
An extension changes the term of an existing obligation, while refinancing usually means new financing to pay off the previous one. Each solution may generate costs and requires checking the contract. Compare the total amount to be paid after the change, the new date and the possibility of repayment from your own funds. Another loan does not solve the debt problem.
Do I need to purchase insurance or another additional service?
It depends on the terms of the specific offer. Check whether the product is actually optional, how much it costs, and whether declining it changes the availability or price of financing. When considering insurance, read the scope of coverage, exclusions, cancellation and premium refund rules. Don't automatically opt-in to products you don't understand.
Do I submit my loan application at ZeroPożyczki.pl?
The website presents information and links to offers. You submit an application for financing on the website of the designated lender or partner, which is linked to by the offer button. Check the address of the target website before entering your details. The ZeroPożyczki.pl contact form is not a loan application form and is not used to send identity documents.
Should a Pre-Payment Loan Fee Make You Cautious?
Check what the fee covers, who you pay it to and whether it is specified in the offer documents. A small identification transfer is a different mechanism than a high "guarantee fee" for a loan. Requesting payment to a private account, payment code or cryptocurrency is an alarm signal. Don't pay under pressure and confirm the matter first through an official contact.
How to confirm that the loan has been fully repaid?
After posting the last payment, check the balance in the customer panel and ask for confirmation of closing the obligation. Keep the history of transfers, settlements and correspondence. Make sure there is no outstanding interest or costs and whether the overpayment is refundable. The transfer order itself does not confirm its posting.
How to file a loan complaint?
Submit it directly to the lender through the channel indicated in its procedure. Describe the event, provide the contract number, request and evidence; keep the sending confirmation. With respect to entities covered by the Complaints Act, the response is generally made within 30 days, and in particularly complex cases, up to 60 days after the required explanation of the extension. Once you have exhausted your complaints, you can turn to the Financial Ombudsman for help. Please report any problems with the operation of this website via your contact details.
How does a payday loan differ from an installment loan?
A payday loan is usually repaid in one lump sum over a short period of time, while an installment loan is repaid in several or more payments according to a schedule. The name of the product does not determine its price. Compare the total cost and see if you'll have the full amount you need in one payment.
What is the difference between equal and decreasing installments?
In the case of equal installments, the total principal and interest installment is, in principle, similar with unchanged interest rates. With decreasing installments, the capital part is fixed and the interest decreases as the capital is repaid. The first decreasing installments are usually higher. Compare schedules for the same amount, period and terms; additional fees may change the comparison result.
What does a fixed and variable interest rate mean on a loan?
The fixed interest rate does not change for the period specified in the contract. The variable interest rate may increase or decrease according to the rules described therein, which affects the cost and amount of installments. Check whether the fixed rate applies to the entire contract or just part of it. The term "fixed interest" does not mean there are no commissions or other fees.
Does a longer loan period always mean cheaper financing?
A longer term may lower the individual payment, but often increases the total interest and the total amount payable. Compare the two schedules and the total of all required payments. A lower installment makes it easier to spread the expenses, but it should not overshadow the cost of the entire contract. Also take into account how long you will remain bound by the obligation.
How does a revolving limit differ from a one-time loan?
A one-off loan provides a specific amount to be repaid according to the agreement. The revolving limit allows you to use the funds up to the granted amount, and repayment may increase the available amount again. Check the limit maintenance fees, how costs are calculated and closing conditions. The minimum payment required does not always mean that the entire debt will be repaid quickly.
What is the consolidation of several liabilities?
Consolidation combines the repayment of several debts into one new obligation. It may organize your deadlines, but it doesn't automatically mean lower costs. Combine the existing remaining repayment amount with the full cost of the new contract, including its commission and period. Check who will actually repay previous liabilities and ensure that they are closed.
What are the risks of guaranteeing someone else's loan?
The guarantor undertakes to the creditor to fulfill the obligation if the debtor fails to fulfill it. The scope of liability results from the contract and regulations; it may involve more than just capital. Check the amount, period and terms of liability before signing. Don't treat the surety as a mere formality - it may require you to repay someone else's debt from your own funds.
What to watch out for when taking a property-secured loan?
A security interest in, for example, a car or property may mean the risk of losing that asset if the debt is not repaid in accordance with the contract and due process. Carefully check the type of security, its value and enforcement conditions. Don't sign unclear powers of attorney or transfer property under pressure. For such an agreement, consider independent legal assistance.
What does it mean to apply with a co-borrower?
The co-borrower is a party to the contract, not just a person confirming your data. The lender may assess the financial situation of both people. The scope of liability, including possible joint and several liability for the entire debt, results from the contract and regulations. A private arrangement that only one person pays the installments does not have to bind the creditor.
Is the representative example an offer prepared for me?
NO. The representative example shows selected conditions for specific assumptions, not the result of the evaluation of your application. Your amount, term, costs and available promotions may vary. Before concluding a contract, compare the example with the information form you received, individual conditions and schedule. Don't calculate the price based solely on advertising.
What is the consumer credit information form used for?
This is a document that makes it easier to familiarize yourself with key parameters and compare offers before concluding a contract. Includes, among others: amount, duration, costs, APR, repayment rules and information about consumer rights. Read it together with the draft contract. Keep the document as received; an advertisement or a calculator screen alone does not replace it.
Can I receive a draft of the contract before signing it?
In the case of a consumer loan, you can receive a free draft contract upon request if, in the lender's opinion, you meet the conditions for granting a loan. Request the document well in advance to check obligations and costs. Do not confirm the conclusion of the contract only to find out its content later.
How to estimate the installment that I can actually pay?
From your regular income, subtract necessary expenses, current installments and a reserve for unforeseen costs. Don't base your plan solely on bonuses, overtime, or income you're unsure of. Check whether repayment will still be possible after your bills increase or your income drops. The amount your lender accepts does not replace your own assessment of your budget.
Does no credit history mean a negative history?
NO. Lack of prior obligations is not the same as arrears in repayment. However, it may mean that the institution has less data on past timeliness. Each company also evaluates different information and uses its own criteria. Don't take out an unnecessary loan just to create history - it may generate unnecessary costs.
Does checking your own BIK Report lower your score?
Downloading your own BIK Report yourself does not lower your BIK score. It allows you to check recorded liabilities, payments and possible discrepancies. This is a different activity than the institution's inquiry related to the processing of the application. Use the official BIK website and remember that a bank or loan company may also use its own assessment model.
Can I withdraw marketing consent after receiving the loan?
You can withdraw your voluntary consent to marketing using the channel indicated by the consent recipient. Keep your registration confirmation. Withdrawal does not cancel the loan agreement or the repayment obligation and does not mean the deletion of all data that the institution has the right or obligation to further process. Check who consent was granted if you used an intermediary.
What to do after receiving a message about a change in the repayment account?
Do not make a transfer to a new number solely based on an SMS or e-mail. Check the change in the official customer panel or contact the company via the number found independently of the message. Compare the recipient's details and keep the verification confirmation. Fraudsters may impersonate a creditor and redirect repayments to their own accounts.
What should I do if I have transferred more than the required installment?
Check how the lender recorded the surplus: as an overpayment of capital, funds for future installments or an amount to be refunded. The method of settlement may depend on the contract and your instructions. Ask for your current balance and schedule. Do not skip the next installment without confirming that the on-time payment has been properly cleared.
Does initial information about the granted limit mean the conclusion of a contract?
Not always. The advertising message, pre-qualification, quota proposal and final contract are different stages. Check whether the offer requires further verification, acceptance of documents or performance of a specific action. Pay attention to the content of the confirmation. Do not treat funds as available until payment has been confirmed.
What is the difference between contact with a debt collector and bailiff proceedings?
The debt collector takes actions aimed at voluntary repayment, e.g. sends notices and conducts conversations. For this reason, the bailiff does not have the authority to seize wages or accounts. The bailiff works within the framework of legally defined enforcement proceedings. Check the identity of the interlocutor and the basis for the request, and do not ignore court or bailiff correspondence.
