Robert Szcześniewski is the new president of Soon

Robert Szcześniewski takes up the position of president of Soony Finance - the company announces on October 12, 2023. Ewa Wernerowicz, the current president and owner, joins the supervisory board.

The Management Board increases from two to six people and includes managers of key business areas. The company presents the changes as preparation for the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. This is the next stage of reorganization after the acquisition of the Polish company from 4finance, the date of which is indicated in the announcement as April 2022.
