Repayment schedule amendment agreement

Use this template to record changes to a repayment schedule agreed by the parties to an existing agreement. Enter the agreement details, current balance, instalment amounts and new payment dates, together with any agreed amendment costs. Before signing, both parties should check that the document accurately reflects their arrangements.

How to complete the document

Identify the number and date of the agreement to be amended.
Agree the balance on a specific date and state the amendment costs explicitly.
Both parties must agree. If the debt is disputed, obtain advice before signing.
