Repayment schedule change request
Use this template to propose revised instalments or a different repayment date. Describe your circumstances, suggest a schedule and ask for an explanation of the terms and costs of any change. Sending the request does not itself amend the agreement; the revised terms must be agreed with the other party.
How to complete the document
- Propose instalments you can realistically afford.
- Ask for a complete calculation of the costs of the proposed change.
- The existing agreement remains in force until a change is agreed.
