Provident: barometer: Poles still make preserves

Homemade preserves are chosen by 73.2% of participants in the Provident Barometer of September 14, 2026, and store-bought products are preferred by 12.7%. In households preparing supplies, 80.9% of respondents also include them in their plans for this year or already have them ready.

Pickled cucumbers dominate among the favorite products and are liked by over eight out of ten people. The respondents value their own preserves primarily for their taste and quality, and they most often draw knowledge about their preparation from family experiences.
