Online loans from Provident

Provident Polska is a very large financial institution that is an absolute leader in granting non-bank loans and credits. It belongs to the international financial group International Personal Finance (IPF), which is listed on the Warsaw and London Stock Exchanges. In Poland, Provident has been providing services since 1997, granting installment loans for longer periods. Huge experience and capital have allowed the company to achieve the highest position in our country. Provident's great advantage is its individual approach to its clients, thanks to which it is often possible to reach an agreement on terms that are not possible with other lenders or banks due to their more difficult financial situation. Being listed in BIK also allows you to obtain a loan. Provident's offer includes non-bank loans for high amounts, up to PLN 30,000. The naCoDzień online loan is repaid in monthly installments over 12–48 months. The terms of other products and home channel are determined separately. The company offers cash loans in which an individual customer advisor will deliver the cash to your home and visit us for subsequent loan installments. The second option is an account loan. In this option, the loan application is submitted online, the money is transferred to the bank account and the loan is repaid via a regular bank transfer to the lender's account. Loans are granted on clear terms, with no hidden costs. Identification and financial information is required to submit an application. Granting a loan depends on your creditworthiness assessment; regular income is required.

Current promotions and offers

Provident systematically works on the attractiveness of the offer and the satisfaction of its customers by offering them very interesting bonuses and periodic promotions.

  • Loan cost PLN 0 for 2 months - NaChwile loan for new customers covers amounts of PLN 500-6,000. By borrowing on these terms, the capital itself is returned on time, without commission and interest, with an APR of 0%. This is a separate offer from the paid installment loan naCoDzień.
  • Periodic break in repayment - possibility of postponing the repayment date by a month without giving a reason. It can be used, for example, in the event of problems with repayment of installments or unplanned expenses.

Documents and requirements

Provident focuses on customer convenience and minimum formalities. The only documents required are an ID card and a document confirming address details (e.g. bank statement, account slip, etc.). In special cases, e.g. when applying for larger amounts, the company may ask for an income certificate. Each application is considered individually.

Customer verification in debtor databases

Provident, like any company granting loans, uses the register of debtors of the Economic Information Bureau S.A. and Credit Information Bureaus S.A. However, being listed in debtor databases does not mean that a loan will be refused. Each application is considered individually. In case of refusal, an individual customer advisor may propose a smaller loan amount or a shorter loan period.

How to apply for a loan

Provident is one of the few that offers us two convenient options for obtaining an installment loan, which we can choose depending on our preferences.

Matching loan

The first is the "Matched Loan", the disbursement and collection of due installments is carried out by an individually assigned customer advisor. To apply for a loan, use the loan calculator available on the Provident website. With its help, we will choose the amount, time and method of repayment of the loan. The calculator will present the installment amount, the total amount to be paid and the APR in real time.

After selecting the loan parameters, we proceed to filling out the application form. The form requires basic personal data. You can also contact the lender at 600 200 200 and make an appointment with an advisor. After submitting the application, Provident will contact us to arrange an advisor's visit to our home. During the visit, the advisor will discuss the details of the loan and answer any questions. This is a very convenient option, especially for older people. The loan in this option is slightly more expensive due to the regular visit of the advisor to collect loan installments. This method should be used by people who do not have a bank account, do not want or cannot make transfers or do not have the best creditworthiness. However, due to the need for regular visits by a company employee, this loan is more expensive than an online self-service loan.

Self-service loan

The second option for obtaining a loan is the so-called "Self-service loan". This option is cheaper than the home service option because there is no need for a representative to collect the loan installments. As in the first case, the loan application begins with a simple loan calculator, thanks to which we set the appropriate loan repayment parameters. The next step is to complete the application form. Identification data and information needed to assess your financial situation are required.

After completing the application, proceed to verify your personal data. With the online loan option, this process is carried out by logging into the account via AIS Gateway. This verification aims to confirm personal data and bank account affiliation.

After the transfer of PLN 1 is recorded, Provident will verify our application. Based on the information provided and information from the Economic and Credit Information Offices, it will estimate our creditworthiness. In case of doubt, the company may ask us for a proof of income or contact us by phone to ask a few questions or offer a lower amount. Provident is a very flexible lender that often grants loans to people whose financial situation is not the best and whose debtor registers are not clean.

Repayment and extension of the loan repayment period

The loan is repaid depending on the selected option.

  • When selecting the "Self-service loan" option, subsequent loan installments are repaid by transferring the appropriate amount to the lender's account. All information needed to complete the transfer will be sent to your email address after the loan has been granted. In case of doubts, it is worth contacting the Customer Service Office, which will answer all your questions, including those regarding loan repayment. It is possible to repay the loan in full before its due date. To do this, please contact the Customer Service Office and inform about your willingness to make early repayments. The consultant will then calculate the amount due, less any unused interest.
  • In the "Matched Loan" option, the loan is repaid during regular home visits. Depending on the repayment choice, an individually assigned customer advisor will be once a week or once a month. Dates and hours of collection of receivables are agreed individually with the advisor. You can repay the loan early at any time. For this purpose, you should inform your advisor about your intention to repay early, who will recalculate the loan, reduce it by unused interest and inform you about the final repayment amount.

Consequences of failure to repay the loan

If you use home service and are unable to repay the installment due on time, contact your customer advisor to work out a solution to the problem together. In the event of failure to timely repay a loan or its installments that was taken out online, the costs and consequences of the delay result from the documents of the selected product.

In the event of failure, when the reminders sent are not effective, the lender will pursue its receivables through debt collection and further in court, the costs of which are covered by the indebted borrower. Provident, like any other lender, also has the right to forward information about customers' liabilities to economic and credit information offices, which results in a reduction of the borrower's creditworthiness.

Summary and opinions

Provident is undoubtedly the best non-bank institution that offers long-term loans. Extensive international experience and many years on the market translate directly into the highest quality of services, high recognition and a flexible approach to the client. A big advantage is the fact that a loan from Provident can also be used by people who appear in the debtor registers. Each application is considered individually. The maximum installment loan amount is as much as PLN 30,000, available for a maximum of 48 months in the naCoDzień online offer in a system of convenient weekly or monthly installments. There is still a belief among the public that Provident is a very expensive company. This was indeed the case in the past. Currently, the company allows you to take out a loan entirely online, which significantly reduces its cost by eliminating the need to regularly visit the customer at his place of residence. Thanks to this, the company was able to offer some of the cheapest loans on the Polish market. Additionally, Provident offers its customers many bonuses and promotions.

Home visits may be more expensive, but for years they have been one of the few chances to get a loan when you have a bailiff. Norman, here's a cupcake, you'll come to an agreement, we'll see and decide whether to admit it or not

It must be admitted that the monthly installments are much better than the weekly ones, when you were stressed about how to save money in the middle of the month for your grandmother who will soon come to collect the money, and once a month after the salary
