Internetowy Fundusz Leasingowy announces entry to NewConnect

Internetowy Fundusz Leasingowy announces the debut of shares on NewConnect on June 17, 2026. The company is already an issuer of bonds listed on Catalyst and wants to use the stock market to increase recognition and further development. For the first session, the reference price is PLN 1.35.

In a previously conducted public offering, IFL obtained nearly PLN 3 million for the purchase of leasing vehicles. Subscriptions exceed the available pool, which leads to reductions. The company focuses on leasing passenger cars, delivery vans and trucks, servicing, among others, new companies, foreigners and clients with limited financing history.

For 2025, it reports PLN 6.67 million in revenues and PLN 1.96 million in net profit. The plan for 2026 assumes an increase in revenues to PLN 9.5 million and profit to PLN 2.4 million. These are the management's assumptions, not the results achieved. The June announcement shows the intention to increase the scale of alternative leasing while maintaining high profitability and access to capital.

The debut is to concern the stock market, separate from the presence of bonds on Catalyst. The company wants to continue to develop vehicle financing while controlling the costs and margins of new contracts.
