Trend Capital exceeds PLN 70 million of the corporate loan portfolio

Trend Capital informs that the value of the loan portfolio has exceeded PLN 70 million. The company providing mortgage-secured bridging financing has historically served over 200 clients, and actively serves approximately one hundred. The annual value of the financing provided reaches PLN 35.6 million, while the average amount of a single loan is close to PLN 1 million.

The company addresses its offer to SMEs that need money for maintaining liquidity, contracts and development. It describes a model in which the cost of timely repayment is a predetermined commission. The applications are supported by risk analytics developed by Algolytics, and institutional capital providers include funds managed by CVI Dom Maklerski.

The management board plans to at least double the scale in the next two to three years and is obtaining additional financing. Declared quick payouts and maximum amounts refer to the company's capabilities and transaction conditions, not to guarantees for each application. Further growth is expected to combine a larger portfolio with a conservative risk assessment.

Maximum loans reach PLN 4 million. Recipients represent, among others: production, transport, medicine, catering and the development sector, i.e. various business models.
