Consequences of non-repayment
At Ferratum Bank, it is not worth being late in repaying your loan. In case of problems with repayment, please contact the customer service office immediately. Unfortunately, the costs of late repayment at Ferratum are among the highest in Poland! In addition to the standard penalty interest, which is 14% per annum by law, the lender each time charges additional fees for individual days after exceeding the repayment deadline:
- 7 days of delay - PLN 30
- 14 days of delay - PLN 50
- 25 days of delay - PLN 50
- 35 days of delay - PLN 50
As per above information, after 35 days from the repayment date Penalty fees will add as much as PLN 180 to the loan! If the payment is still not made, Ferratum will transfer the debt to debt collection institutions and further to court, for which it will additionally charge the borrower.
