Revolut has announced the completion of a fundraising process valuing the company at USD 115 billion. This is approximately 53 per cent above the previous year’s USD 75 billion valuation. The figure describes the value of the business, not the amount of new cash investors contributed in this transaction.
Participants include Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price and Baillie Gifford. The 4 November announcement signals continued investor interest in the group’s expansion. The valuation is neither money available in customer accounts nor a guarantee of future results.

Revolut reports 80 million retail customers and a goal of reaching 100 million. For 2025, revenue reached USD 6 billion, up 46 per cent year on year. Profit before tax rose 57 per cent to USD 2.3 billion. These historical operating results are separate from the current valuation.
Further growth is linked to expanding banking services and entering additional markets. Individual products depend on local availability and regulatory permissions. The investor transaction does not automatically alter savings rates, plan charges or loan terms for Polish customers. The announcement concerns the group’s financing and valuation rather than a new consumer promotion.
