PKO Bank Polski has released its results for the first nine months of 2026 and reports further growth in customer financing. This reached PLN 363 billion at the end of September, up 15.3 per cent year on year. New lending to individuals, businesses and local authorities exceeded PLN 124 billion during the period.
The consumer-loan portfolio increased 19.9 per cent year on year, while mortgage balances rose 15.1 per cent. Business financing grew 15.6 per cent, outpacing financing for individual customers for the first time. Investment loans represent more than 60 per cent of the corporate-loan portfolio.

Digital channels play a growing role. Almost 70 per cent of simple-product sales take place remotely, and nearly half of mortgage applications follow a digital path. This does not mean every mortgage can already be concluded entirely online: the figures measure the use of particular sales processes.
The group reports nine-month net profit of PLN 8.22 billion, up 3.2 per cent, including PLN 2.93 billion in the third quarter. It serves 12.7 million customers, 306,000 more than a year earlier. The 5 November announcement describes results and service development, rather than new lending rates or guaranteed access to finance.
