Sona has launched a service that combines small-business financial data with an AI conversation. Owners can use the app or WhatsApp to ask about income, costs, unpaid invoices and available cash. The launch reported on 3 November concerns an operating product rather than a proposed project.
The system brings together bank-account information and documents, including invoices obtained through KSeF. It is intended to identify overdue customers, changes in spending and how long available funds may last. Charts in the app can supplement answers and help owners follow changes in their finances.

Functions include issuing invoices, matching incoming payments with documents and sending receivables reminders. The assistant can draft an invoice from information supplied in a conversation or a contract and support recurring documents. An invoice drafted through WhatsApp requires confirmation before it is saved.
The service is developed by a team led by Łukasz Osiński-Celeban. It aims to reduce manual searches through transactions and paperwork when an owner needs an up-to-date financial picture. It is not a lending offer or an automated financing decision. Analysis depends on the data provided, and businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of their documents.
